*Cut-Down A1 or A2 Factory Front Sight Base and Refinish $125.00 Labor
This is a popular service for Owners who wish to install a Free Float Rail OVER their Gas Block. When this modification is performed, the Free Float Rail never touches
the "Cut-Down and Contoured" Front Sight Base, and Free Float is maintained. We recommend this Service over aftermarket Set Screw Low Profile (Non-Pinned) Gas Blocks because Factory F.S.B.'s are the

*Ream .223 Remington Throat or Wylde Throat to 5.56 NATO Specs $75.00 Labor
Having Primers Pop out? It’s likely your Throat is causing "Pressure Spikes" and popping Primers. This can be remedied by re-cutting the throat and recutting and polishing the Feed Ramps. One downside is you may see a slight decrease in accuracy. Tight Throats enhance Accuracy in most cases but also increase Chamber Pressure as well. Primers Popping CAN also is caused by bad Feed Ramps or "Clickers" that push rounds into the casings when feeding. This increases Chamber Pressure as well.
If you have a Wylde or .223 Remington Chamber we will ream it to 5.56 NATO. We can do Steel, Stainless Steel, Chrome Moly Steel, Nitrided Steel, and Chrome Lined. The HEADSPACE is NOT Effected; only the Throat/Neck is recut. If you have a Chrome Lined Chambers your barrel will be ok.
*Install or Tune Safety $10.00-$50.00 Labor (Parts NOT Included)
NOTE: The Price varies because some Receivers, Pistol Grips, and Safeties need extensive and detailed fitting to ensure smooth function and positive engagement. We

Detent Recess Notches.
*Scallop or Slim Safety Levers $25.00-50.00 Labor (Safety NOT Included)

*Check Weapon for "Bolt Bounce" $N/A WE DO NOT OFFER THIS SERVICE
Bolt Bounce is not something many people notice on a SEMI-AUTO AR15. You will notice the condition with a Registered Machinegun, or when Using a Slide Fire Type Stock System. The condition is related to getting "faulire to fire" malfunctions, A.K.A. a CLICK and no BOOM.
Bolt bounce is the Bolt Group bouncing off of the Barrel Extension. You will not feel "Bolt Bounce". Eliminating "Bolt Bounce" is the reason AR15 Buffers have sliding weights or powder inside them. When the mass of the sliding weight/powder is resonant with the rebound of the Bolt Carrier as it trys to bounce off of the Barrel Extension, the forces will cancel each other, thereby keeping the Bolt Carrier against the Barrel Extension. When the Bolt Carrier "Bounces" a misfire can occur during Full Auto Fire, or "Bump Fire" because the Bolt Carrier is back (Bouncing Out of Battery) slightly when the Hammer strikes the retracted Firing Fin. The effects of carrier bounce are usually not apparent during semi auto fire because you can't pull the trigger fast enough to experience the effect.
To eliminate Bolt Bounce a user will have to play with different weight Buffers and SPring Combinations to find the optimum combinatin to minimize bounce.
