You can use the Maryland State Police at SOME Maryland MVA Locations (Not all MVA Locations have MSP Fingerprinting Services). You contact the MSP by calling to make an appointment. The MSP Charges $20.00 (Not sure of Payments Accepted). They do INK Fingerprint Cards for other uses such as Virgina, Florida, and Utah Concealed Carry License Applications.
